HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED BETWEEN YOU AND AVANTGARDE-SPIRITS
All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm our acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail confirmation. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the order confirmation.
CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel your Contract with us up to 14 days after receipt of your delivery. Please note that we are unable to cancel, refund or exchange the products listed below unless they are faulty or not as described.
If you have been charged for the items, you will receive a refund for the price paid for the products plus standard delivery costs but this will exclude the cost of the return of the products to Avantgarde-Spirits.
If you wish to cancel your order, please provide us with notice in writing by email to support@avantgarde-spirits.uk or writing to Customer Care Avantgarde-Spirits, Stamford House, 81 Skipper Way, St Neots, Cambridgeshire, PE19 6LT.
All cancelled products must be returned to us within 14 days of your notification to cancel. All refunds will be issued by the same method that the original payment was taken within 14 working days of receipt of the goods.
- Products we are unable to cancel, refund or exchange:
- Products which have been personalised for you
- Products which are liable to deteriorate or expire quickly
- Products which are sealed for health or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery; and
- Products that have been used or enjoyed beyond handling them to the extent necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of them (such as you would for example handle a display item in a shop)

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can choose a tracking option on orders and we will send you a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. If your delivery hasn’t been delivered according to its estimated time please email us at support@avantgarde-spirits.uk
DELIVERY
Products should be dispatched for same day providing orders are made before 1pm. If an item is out of stock and we are unable to dispatch within this timeframe, we will advise you by email as soon as possible after receipt of your order and offer you a full refund or partial shipment of your order.
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes and don’t recommend customers order for delivery to PO Box addresses.
If we attempt to deliver to you at home and no one is there to answer, our courier will leave a card informing you how to collect your delivery. Any unclaimed or undelivered orders will be received at our Returns department and a refund will be automatically processed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Apologies for any inconvenience, we are currently only able to deliver to UK addresses. If you require an international delivery we can refer you to our Avantgarde partners in other relevant countries and are pleased to do so. please email us with your details and request to support@avantgarde-spirits.uk
PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price of any Products will be as quoted on our site, except in cases of obvious error. These prices include VAT if applicable and include delivery costs. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our pricing information on Our Site, there may be occasions when these are not up to date and we reserve the right to change them without prior notice.
Payment for all products must be by PayPal or the following credit or debit cards: Visa credit and debit, Mastercard credit and debit.
