On the palate: dry and tangy sweetness with a zesty kick of berries, a striking undertone of gin
Finish: long and zesty, with a hint of both juniper berry and cinnamon
Overall: a slightly sweet balance of gin and vermouth with a refreshing, zesty character
Preparation
Pour into a mixing glass filled with ice cubes, stir well and strain into a martini glass; drop one dried lemon slice into the cocktail; to finish it off, spray with the atomizer.
